In both 2019 and 2022 singer Sarah Potenza brought her big voice and big talent to Mile Of Music in Appleton where she made many, many fans. During both visits, she dropped by WAPL and performed both of our studio and in our Mile Of Music garage.
Now, Sarah has hooked up with the folks who perform under the name The Postmodern Jukebox, who take current tunes and rework them into a different style or genre. in this case, they give an old bluesy sound to the Nick Lowe song What’s So Funny ‘Bout Peace, Love and Understanding, that was made popular by Elvis Costello.
This was not Sarah‘s first go round with PMJ. Last year they made a little News together with a Huey Lewis song in New Orleans Jazz style.

Sarah on a rainy day in the WAPL Mile Of Music garage. She never got all gussied up like that for us.
