A new kind of scam was exposed recently at a Walmart.
Here’s how it works. A person solicits perfect strangers with a tale of woe that they need formula or diapers or something essential for their baby.
The kind-hearted person acquiesces to that request and then the scammer takes the formula or whatever and returns it for cash.
Again, “What kind of person does that?!”
