GREEN BAY, Wis–The Green Bay Packers are launching their search for a new Chief Executive Officer. Current President and CEO Mark Murphy will be retiring in July of 2025, which is required by the team’s by-laws when he reaches the age of 70.
Murphy has headed up the Packers organization since 2007. A search committee expects to take six to nine months to come up with recommendations for candidates to the board of directors. The new C-E-O would then work alongside Murphy up to his retirement date.
