OSHKOSH, Wis–Downtown Oshkosh would have a very different look as part of a “visioning plan” under development. The city is working with several groups, including the Business Improvement District, the Oshkosh Community Foundation, and Discover Oshkosh on the future of the area.

Another proposal in the visioning plan is to expand Opera House Square to the south, closing High Street, and creating a downtown plaza for additional activities.
