GREEN BAY, Wis–Green Bay Police have a man in custody following an alleged disturbance and standoff on the city’s east side. Officers were called to the 1300 block of East Mason Street around 6:15 this (Wednesday) morning on the report of a domestic violence incident.
The 32-year old was arrested about two hours later. He was not armed. No one was hurt.
