Routine traffic stop in Ohio discovered the female driver, 55-year-old Victoria Vidal, had an outstanding warrant and was driving on a suspended license – but that’s literally burying the lead.
In the car (along with some dogs) was a raccoon.
OK. Not THAT unusual but a raccoon that was smoking a meth pipe?! Now THAT’S newsworthy!
Crack-Rocky Raccoon? The raccoon’s actual name was “Chewy.”
The cop couldn’t stop laughing, and his chest cam got it all on video. One report said the cop took the first meth pipe away . . . so Chewy pivoted, grabbed a SECOND pipe and tried to smoke THAT ONE instead.
Chewy’s indiscretion led to a search of the vehicle that yielded three more pipes, a small amount of crack, and seven grams of meth (and a partridge in a pear tree).
So Victoria’s now facing charges for felony drug possession. Police also said they were checking to see if Victoria had the proper permits to legally own a raccoon.
Chewy is fine, by the way – aside of being a rac crack-head.
