A paraglider in North Dakota is lucky to be alive after he flew into a power line and crashed into the Red River.
The “shocking” moment was caught on video by a bystander, Dusty Howlett, who captured a loud boom and a burst of sparks as the glider hit the wires—before plunging into the river below.
He was eventually rescued, pulled out of the river and is said to be uninjured by the incident.
