In the late 60s a theatrical/horror-themed band called Alice Cooper formed, and by the time the early 70s rolled around, they were on top of the world. With classics like “Schools Out” and “No More Mr. Nice Guy,” Alice Cooper became a household name. Like any band during that time, drugs and alcohol got in the way, and the band broke up. The man behind the namesake of Alice Cooper went on to have an extremely successful solo career and become an icon in the music world. The rest of the band found their own successes in other ways. Now, after 52 years, the original band is back with their first full album in five decades. Bassist Dennis Dunaway joined Laura Lee & Cutter for some informative storytelling.
