Firefighters rescuing a cat trapped in a tree is so yesterday.
Firefighters rescuing a COW trapped in a CANAL – that’s the new hotness!
Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service in England recently rescued a very large cow that had gone for a swim to cool off in a canal and ended up getting stuck.
A squad of firefighters worked in cooperation with special water and animal rescue teams to try and pull the massive mammal out of the water.
Needless to say, it was not an easy task to “moo-ve” the big bovine.
First responders had to tie a strap around the cow to guide it upstream where it was able to get out of the water and rejoin its herd.
A social media post for the fire department calls it “an udderly delightful end to our tale.”
