Y’all. When are we going to learn that at sporting events, souvenirs that come from athletes go to the kids.
Kansas City QB, Patrick Mahomes, went to give his game-worn headband to a little boy decked out in Kansas City gear. This happened in Metlife stadium, so the Chiefs were on the road that day. A grown woman, in GIANTS gear, snagged the headband instead. She went on to social media to first, tell everyone to calm down and then a day later to apologize.
She’s one of those traditionally pretty girls, so I’m sure she assumed he was handing it to her, but hi there, you’re in Giants gear, soooooo… let’s think this one out.
She’s now trying to track down the kid to get the headband to him but for assuming Mahomes was giving it to her when if she had just taken a quick look around her and seen that she was surrounded by kids in Chiefs gear and again, the kids ALWAYS get the spoils, she should feel shame, shame, shame.
