MARINETTE, Wis. — A second person is charged in connection with the drowning death of a Marinette teenager.
Sixteen-year-old Peyton Carnot is charged as an adult in Marinette County Court with second-degree reckless homicide.
Carnot and Tylor Birch are accused of pushing 13-year-old Jakob Bowerman off a pier and into the Menominee River back in August.
Carnot faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted.
