A monkey was caught after damaging a musical instrument store in Morristown, TN on Sunday.
Morristown Police were called around 8 a.m. Sunday morning saying that a Cinnamon Capuchin Monkey had entered the music store Trade Center. MPD added that the monkey damaged the business and some instruments. Typical monkey…
Animal Control was called, but it was unable to initially collar the animal – it wasn’t until later Sunday evening when the Capuchin was captured.
And adding another layer to the story, the monkey was allegedly ‘aped’. Police stated, “We are aware of the allegation that the animal was stolen, and we will be continuing the investigation.”
