I get they call the Subway employees ‘sandwich artists’ but this…
A video of what appears to be a person getting a tattoo inside a North Carolina Wendy’s dining room is going viral.
The video taken by Shelby Mcswain from a car shows what appears to be a shirtless man getting inked up by a person wearing blue gloves and operating a tattoo gun.
Pretty sure this isn’t some wild promotion from Wendy’s marketing where you get the Wendy’s logo tatted in our restaurant and win a lifetime supply of… what… curly fries… frostys ???
Aside of the heath regulations that are being ignored here, the tattoo artist is violating all requirements of what North Carolina needs to be an actual tattooist in the state.
BTW the restaurant’s most recent health inspection score was a 98.5 – one would expect that to take a hit unless it’s based on a 1000 point system then it seems fairly accurate.
The restaurant group that runs the Wendy’s said in a statement,
“This behavior does not reflect our company’s values or the standards we set for our teams. We take the safety and well‑being of our customers very seriously, and we expect all team members to uphold those expectations at all times. Upon learning of the situation, we took immediate disciplinary action to address the situation.”
Maybe this is all a set up like 90% of the “captured moments” on social media. -Maybe the people recording are in cahoots with the people in the restaurant and told them to make it look like a tattoo sesh is going down inside the restaurant while they capture the footage from the outside.
If anything is certain, we know nothing is certain when it comes to social media.
