RUSH fans rejoice – your band is back!
Here’s your first look/listen at RUSH with Anika Nilles behind the drum kit opening the Juno Awards Sunday night at the TD Coliseum in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
They rolled out a classic “Finding My Way” – which is appropriate – off their debut, self-titled album – as it was a re-debut of sorts with the new lineup.
Its the first time RUSH has played live with Nilles and the first time they’ve played LIVE since Neil Peart’s passing.
Geddy Lee’s voice is reborn. Alex Lifeson’s guitar is technical perfection, and now that we get to hear Anika jam and synch with the boys, it all makes sense.
