A tourist was seriously injured in Yellowstone National Park after an agitated bull bison charged and tossed him about eight feet into the air.
The attack happened at the Bridge Bay Campground and was captured on video by a photographer who said the animal had been charging at people throughout the area.
The man was walking with his grandson when the bison attacked.
Park officials, who repeatedly warn visitors to keep a safe distance from wildlife, say the two had been a safe distance away and did nothing wrong.
Bison are responsible for more injuries to visitors than any other animal in Yellowstone.
