This is what happens when we give in to our intrusive (see stupid) thoughts otherwise known as FAFO in today’s parlance.
Sure, we’ve all been to a zoo and thought, “I’d love to get up close and personal with some of the animal occupants, but I know they’d most likely tear me apart.”
But what happens if you do not have the capacity for rational thought… this exact situation from Brazil.
A 19-year-old man wanted to pet the kitty at the zoo – the “kitty” in this case happened to be an adult, female lioness.
So to perpetuate this fantasy, he decided to climb into the enclosure. And, sure, the fact that he could access the enclosure so easily is a problem for the zoo but also ask WHY would anyone WANT to climb into the lion exhibit?
Did he honestly think he could tame the tiger?
Who knows… and now the only person who could shed some light on that thought process is dead.
Officials said the animal acted instinctively and will not be euthanized.
