A woman’s neighbor was wearing a Halloween costume and was chasing her kids and nieces and nephews around their own yard. The kids were screaming and laughing loudly and this woman wanted the police to stop this “off behavior”
September 27th – City of Baraboo
A man was sitting in a car in a parking lot and appeared to be talking to himself. It turned out to be a guy who had pulled off the road to talk on his phone and was using hands-free.
