Official Contest Rules 2026

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to participate and win this contest (message & data rates may apply). Void where prohibited by law.

NAME: Unforgiven in Sin City (the “Contest”)
PROMOTION PERIOD: 04/20/2026 at approximately 7:30:00am CDT – 05/15/2026 at approximately 4:40:00pm CDT (the “Promotion”)
NUMBER OF QUALIFIERS: Total number of qualifiers to not exceed one hundred forty (140). One (1) qualification per person allowed, regardless of entry method.
NUMBER OF GRAND PRIZE WINNERS: One (1) Grand Prize Winner
ODDS OF WINNING: Dependent upon number of eligible qualifiers present at Grand Prize Finale Event. SPONSOR/S: Wisconsin Distributors, 3010 Zuehlke Dr, Appleton, WI 54911 and GameDay Sports Bar, N225 Stoney Brook Rd, Appleton, WI 54915 (the “Sponsors”)
ADMINISTRATORS: Woodward Community Media, a division of Woodward Communications, Inc., 2800 E College Ave Appleton, WI 54915 (the “Administrator”)

The following rules apply to all campaigns listed above.

Who Can Enter
Eligible entrants must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and legal U.S. residents of the state of Wisconsin as of the date of entry in the Contest. Current employees (including, without limitation, part-time or temporary employees), family members, agents, successors or assignees of Woodward Communications and their respective parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliated companies and their advertising and promotion agencies, and management of each of the foregoing at any time during the applicable contesting period shall be ineligible to participate and/or claim any prize in this Contest. For the purpose of these rules, ‘immediate family and other household members’ includes, but is not limited to: spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, roommates, housemates, significant others, partners, siblings (half and full), and the steps of each of the foregoing.

How to Enter
Visit WAPL.com, the WAPL Mobile App, RazorWisconsin.com or the Razor Mobile App to access the official “Contest” entry form. One entry per person, per station is allowed. Duplicate entries will be discarded. All required fields MUST be filled out on the entry form and successfully submitted to be considered eligible. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ENTRY BEFORE SUBMITTING. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.

How to Qualify

WAPL ON AIR: Listen to WAPL’s broadcast signal (105.7 radio frequency) or live stream at WAPL.com and/or the WAPL mobile app, Monday through Friday at approximately 7:30:00am CDT, 12:30:00pm CDT and 4:30:00pm CDT for the on-air host to announce a name. That person must call the studio line at (920) 281-1057 within 10 minutes of the broadcast signal announcement to qualify for the grand prize.
WZOR | WZOS ON AIR: Listen to Razor’s broadcast signals (94.7 & 104.7 radio frequencies) or live stream at RazorWisconsin.com and/or the Razor mobile app, Monday through Friday at approximately 11:40:00am CDT, 2:40:00pm CDT and 4:40:00pm CDT for the on-air host to announce a name. That person must call the studio line at (920) 281-0947 within 10 minutes of the broadcast signal announcement to qualify for the grand prize.
1. In the event a potential qualifier on either of the Stations does not call back within the allotted time, an alternate name will be announced and the callback clock will reset. The process of announcing an alternate name and resetting the callback clock shall continue up to 2 additional times to secure a potential qualifier.
2. WARNING! DUE TO DELAYS IN THE ONLINE STREAMING OF THE STATION’S BROADCAST SIGNAL, LISTENERS TO THE ONLINE STREAM MAY NOT BE ABLE PARTICIPATE IN, OR MAY BE DISADVANTAGED IF PARTICIPATING IN, ANY CONTEST THAT REQUIRES POTENTIAL ENTRANT(S) TO LISTEN TO STATION. CONTEST PARTICIPANTS SHOULD NOT RELY ON STREAMED BROADCASTS.
ON SITE: Attend one of Wisconsin Distributors’ on-premise events for the chance to qualify for the Grand Prize. These qualifying events are solely administered by Wisconsin Distributors.

MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN. No proxies allowed.

Qualifiers must register with the Stations at the Grand Prize Finale Event by 8:30:00 PM (CT). The grand prize drawing will take place between 8:45:00 PM and 9:00:00 PM (CT). Times subject to change.
A maximum of ten (10) registered qualifiers will be randomly chosen as finalists at the Grand Prize Finale Event. Through a random process of elimination, a grand prize winner will be determined.
Grand Prize Winner will receive:
- Roundtrip Airfare for Two to Las Vegas, NV
- Three (3) Night Hotel Accommodations (2/04/27-2/07/27)
- Two (2) Tickets to see Metallica at The Sphere on 2/04/27 and 2/06/27
If the grand prize winner is not present to claim the prize immediately upon announcement at the Grand Prize Finale Event, or if they fail to complete all necessary prize acceptance paperwork as required by the Administrator at that time, the entrant will automatically be disqualified, their prize forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules.
Not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries. The decision of the judges is final.
The Administrator reserves the right to determine an alternate winner in accordance with these Official Rules in the event that any winner is disqualified, cannot be contacted, or is deemed ineligible for any reason, or is not available to participate in any applicable Contest events.
No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted, unless otherwise stated in the contest rules. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
ARV of the grand prize package is $4,500 USD.

Additional Rules and Conditions that Apply to this Contest

Entry into the Contest will constitute an agreement to abide by the Official Rules and acknowledge that the decision of the judges is final. Although not required to participate, the Contest Entry Form may request consent (via checkbox) to be added to Station and/or Sponsor and its affiliated companies’ direct mail, Internet and Mobile marketing databases to receive email and/or text messages. Consent does not increase odds of winning.

Should a scheduled event be part of the prize, Station, Sponsor/s and Administrator are not responsible for cancellations or postponements of the event for any reason and has no obligation to reimburse, refund or otherwise substitute any tickets awarded as a part of an event prize due to such cancellations or delays.

Should travel be part of the prize, Station, Sponsor/s and Administrator are not responsible for cancellations or delays in travel accommodations and has no obligation to reimburse, refund or otherwise substitute any tickets awarded as a part of a travel prize due to such cancellations or delays.

Trip Prize Conditions: Selection of artist or band, concert date/s, venue, and hotel accommodations are solely within Station and Administrator’s discretion. Meals, gratuities, luggage fees, resort fees, incidental accommodations charges and any other travel-related expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest. Travel for the trip awarded must take place on and/or within the designated dates and is subject to schedule and availability, alternative travel dates will not be provided. If the prize winner(s) is unavailable for travel on the designated dates, the specified prize will be forfeited and may or may not be awarded to an alternate prize winner(s) at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and Administrator. Exact travel dates and arrangements may be subject to availability whether specified or not. Winner and travel guest must travel on the same itinerary.

General Terms and Conditions

Use of robotic, mechanical or other forms of pre-programmed entry methods is prohibited. Station will disqualify any Contest entry on the basis of the use of such manipulation tools. Notwithstanding the foregoing, entrants are not entitled to use such manipulation tools and Station reserves the right (in its sole discretion), from time to time, to implement entry processes that may frustrate or prohibit such automated entry; provided, however, that no entrant in any Contest may rely upon or insist upon Station’s failure or refusal to take any of the foregoing actions or to determine, in its sole discretion, that one entrant’s entry should be discounted because another entrant’s entry was or vice versa.

Station Management shall be the sole arbiters in all matters relating to the Contest and in the interpretation of Contest rules. The decisions of the Station will be final as to all matters, including, without limitation, whether any entry is valid or contestant is correct or not. Entry into the Contest constitutes agreement by entrants to abide by these rules, as well as any other rules established by the Station.

Station and Sponsor/s are not responsible for any technical difficulties, technical malfunctions or errors (whether technical or typographical or human) which may occur in the administration of the Contest and/or the processing of any entries, errors experienced due to overload, busy signals, loss of phone service, internet availability, electronic problems, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, garbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software or telephone malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of any of the websites, computer virus, bug, or other errors or corruptions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information or any other factor that may prevent an individual from completing or Station from receiving (accurately or otherwise) a phone call, an email, accessing any website (including the Station or any third party website), or for any problem associated with the Station’s website or voting website or software, internet, telephone connections, servers, routers, or any other technical problem that may impact entry, participation, voting or prize claim in any way, regardless of the cause, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to any person’s computer, equipment, property, software or network related to or resulting from participating in a Station’s contest or visiting its websites (whether as an entrant, visitor or voter). Station and Sponsor/s assume no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in a Station’s Contest. Station is not responsible for any printing errors or typographical errors. If, for any reason, in the sole opinion of Station, the Contest is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, system overload or any other causes, whether discovered or suspected by Station, which, in sole opinion of the Station, does or could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of a Contest.

All entries become the property of the Station and incomplete or ineligible entrants will be void. Entries that are determined to be fraudulent will be void, and the person making such an entry may be barred from further participation in this Contest and, in Station’s sole discretion on a case by case basis, banned from any future participation in any Station’s Contest (which Station’s decision may not be disputed or appealed).

By participating in this Contest, entrants hereby agree and each entrant hereby remises, releases and forever discharges and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Station, its affiliates, parents, assigns, successors, employees, agents and all others connected with them and the Contest from any and all liability, claims, actions, and damages sustained or incurred by participation in the Contest and the receipt and use of any prize(s) awarded in connection with this Contest arising in any manner whatsoever, including but not limited to an act or omission, whether negligent, intentional or otherwise caused by Station, its affiliates, parents, assigns, successors, employees, agents and all others connected with them and this Contest.

By participating in this Contest, entrants hereby consent to the Station’s usage of any one or more of the following for on-air broadcast, online usage and for any other advertising and promotional purpose in any medium whatsoever without payment of any additional consideration: entrant’s name; voice; likeness; biographical information; his/her participation in the Contest; and the substance of the entrant’s entry form or any other Contest submissions.

By entering this Contest, entrants understand and agree that Stations may take photographs and/or videotape and/or audiotape any entrant’s participation, appearance and/or performance in connection with this Contest (before, during or after the Contest) and that Station will own any such photos, audio and/or video and shall be free to utilize, such materials in any way it sees fit during or after the Contest with no compensation to the entrants, including without limitation posting any such photographs, audio and/or videos on its website.

Station reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual from this Contest if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Contest rules.

Station reserves the right to: (i) terminate or declare the Contest null and void and rescind any prize, if in its sole judgment, the rules or the integrity of the Contest have been violated or compromised in any way, intentionally or unintentionally by any person whether or not a participant in the Contest; (ii) alter or amend these Contest rules at any time; (iii) provide alternative means of entry and/or (iv) stop or conclude the Contest at any time without prior notice. Material changes to the Contest rules will be broadcast on-air and/or posted online, when practical. Information collected by Station in connection with entering or otherwise participating in this Contest may be used in accordance with Station’s privacy policy (available from a link at the bottom of a participating Station’s website home page).

This contest is solely operated by the Administrators and has no affiliation, endorsement, or association with Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., X Corp., or any of their respective brands, products, or subsidiaries. All trademarks and intellectual property rights used or referenced are the property of their respective owners.
