Who Can Enter 
Eligible participants must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and legal U.S. residents of the state of Wisconsin as of the date of entry in the Contest. Employees (including, without limitation, part-time or temporary employees), officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Station, Sponsors, Administrator and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family and household members (i.e., spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, roommates, housemates, significant others, partners, siblings (half and full) and the steps of each of the foregoing) of each are not eligible to enter or win. 

How to Enter 
Eligible participants may enter the Contest by completing and submitting the official Contest entry form available at WAPL.com or through the WAPL mobile app during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per eligible person for the duration of the Promotion Period. Duplicate entries may be disqualified. All required fields must be completed accurately, and the entry successfully submitted in order to be eligible. 

How to Qualify 
WAPL ON AIR: At each qualifying opportunity, one (1) eligible entrant may be randomly selected from all eligible entries received prior to the applicable drawing time. An entrant whose name and city are announced must successfully complete the required callback within the specified period in order to become a Ticket Winner and Grand Prize Qualifier. Up to seventy-five (75) eligible entrants will have the opportunity to become Ticket Winners and Grand Prize Qualifiers during the Promotion Period. 

Listen to WAPL’s broadcast signal (105.7 radio frequency) or live stream at WAPL.com and/or the WAPL mobile app, Monday through Friday at approximately 7:30:00am CDT, 12:30:00pm CDT and 4:30:00pm CDT for the on-air host to announce a selected entrant’s name and city. The selected entrant must call the studio line at (920) 281-1057 within ten (10) minutes of the broadcast signal announcement to win two (2) general admission floor tickets to the WAPL Xmas Bash at EPIC Event Center in Green Bay on Saturday, December 12th featuring Fuel and Lit and qualify for a trip for two on the WAPL International Incident 2027 to Riviera Maya, Mexico.

• The Station’s official clock shall be the official timekeeping device for Contest-related purposes, including the determination of the ten (10)-minute callback period. 

• If a potential qualifier does not call the Station within the required ten (10)-minute period, that individual will forfeit the applicable Ticket Winner and Grand Prize Qualification opportunity. No alternate name will be announced for that qualifying opportunity. Additionally, any entrant who fails to complete the required callback within the specified time period will be removed from further on-air qualification opportunities and will not be eligible to have their name selected again during the Promotion Period. 

• WARNING! DUE TO DELAYS IN THE ONLINE STREAMING OF THE STATION’S BROADCAST SIGNAL, LISTENERS TO THE ONLINE STREAM MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN, OR MAY BE DISADVANTAGED IF PARTICIPATING IN, ANY CONTEST THAT REQUIRES POTENTIAL ENTRANT(S) TO LISTEN TO STATION. CONTEST PARTICIPANTS SHOULD NOT RELY ON STREAMED BROADCASTS.  

Grand Prize Drawing 

1. RANDOM DRAWING TO DETERMINE ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE WINNER: On November 2, 2026 at approximately 7:30:00 AM CST, one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entrants who successfully qualified for the Grand Prize during the Promotion Period (subject to verification of eligibility). The Grand Prize Winner will be awarded the following: 
   1. Travel Dates: February 27, 2027 through March 6, 2027.
   2. Roundtrip air from Milwaukee (MKE) to Cancun, Mexico (CUN) 
   3. Private roundtrip airport/hotel transfers in Mexico 
   4. 7 Nights of all-inclusive accommodations at the Adults-Only Breathless Riviera Cancun (double occupancy) 
   5. Group welcome with luggage handling upon arrival at the resort 
   6. Rise and shine with a live morning radio broadcast with WAPL 
   7. Welcome Reception and other group events and activities throughout the week

2. The Grand Prize Winner may bring one (1) guest. The guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. The guest may also be required to execute a liability and publicity release prior to travel. 
3. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry. The potential winner must respond to the initial notification attempt and complete all required verification and prize-claim procedures within three (3) business days of the initial notification attempt, unless otherwise specified by the Administrator. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, and the Administrator may select an alternate potential winner. 
4. The potential Grand Prize Winner and his or her guest must each possess a valid passport and any other travel documentation required for international travel. Failure of the potential Grand Prize Winner or guest to possess required travel documentation may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize. 
5. Potential winner(s) is subject to verification, including verification of eligibility. If an entrant is unable to verify his/her information, or does not possess a valid passport, which is required for prize fulfilment for this international trip, the entrant will automatically be disqualified and their prize, if any, will be forfeited. The Administrator reserves the right to determine an alternate winner in accordance with these Official Rules in the event that any winner is disqualified, cannot be contacted, or is deemed ineligible for any reason, or is not available to participate in any applicable Contest events. 
6. The Grand Prize is non-transferable and may not be assigned to another individual. The Grand Prize Winner may select one (1) eligible guest, subject to these Official Contest Rules and applicable travel requirements. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.  
7. Prize winner(s) may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance form. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and its agencies to use the winner’s name and/or likeness/voice for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation. 
8. ARV of the grand prize package is $6,400.00 USD. 

Additional Rules and Conditions that Apply to this Contest 

The Station, Sponsors and Administrator are not responsible for any cancellation, delay, interruption, modification, or inability to complete travel due to weather, acts of God, acts of government, public health conditions, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, airline or resort operations, or any other circumstance beyond their reasonable control. No compensation, refund, or substitution will be provided except as determined by the Administrator in its sole discretion. 

Trip Prize Conditions: Selection of airline and resort are solely within Sponsor’s and Administrator’s discretion. Any expenses not specifically included in the Grand Prize description are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and guest, including, but not limited to, gratuities, baggage fees, incidental resort charges, optional excursions, travel insurance, ground transportation not specifically included in the prize, and personal expenses. Travel for the trip awarded must take place on and/or within the designated dates and is subject to schedule and availability; alternative travel dates will not be provided. If the prize winner(s) is unavailable for travel on the designated dates, the specified prize will be forfeited and may or may not be awarded to an alternate prize winner(s) at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and Administrator. Exact travel dates and arrangements may be subject to availability whether specified or not. Winner and travel guest must travel on the same itinerary. 

General Terms and Conditions 

Use of robotic, mechanical, or other forms of pre-programmed entry methods is prohibited. Station will disqualify any Contest entry on the basis of the use of such manipulation tools. Notwithstanding the foregoing, entrants are not entitled to use such manipulation tools and Station reserves the right (in its sole discretion), from time to time, to implement entry processes that may frustrate or prohibit such automated entry; provided, however, that no entrant in any Contest may rely upon or insist upon Station’s failure or refusal to take any of the foregoing actions or to determine, in its sole discretion, that one entrant’s entry should be discounted because another entrant’s entry was or vice versa. 

Station Management shall be the sole arbiter in all matters relating to the Contest and in the interpretation of Contest rules. The decisions of the Station will be final as to all matters, including, without limitation, whether any entry is valid or contestant is correct or not. Entry into the Contest constitutes agreement by entrants to abide by these rules, as well as any other rules established by the Station. 

Station and Sponsor/s are not responsible for any technical difficulties, technical malfunctions or errors (whether technical or typographical or human) which may occur in the administration of the Contest and/or the processing of any entries, errors experienced due to overload, busy signals, loss of phone service, internet availability, electronic problems, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, garbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software or telephone malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of any of the websites, computer virus, bug, or other errors or corruptions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information or any other factor that may prevent an individual from completing or Station from receiving (accurately or otherwise) a phone call, an email, accessing any website (including the Station or any third party website), or for any problem associated with the Station website or voting website or software, internet, telephone connections, servers, routers, or any other technical problem that may impact entry, participation, voting or prize claim in any way, regardless of the cause, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to any person’s computer, equipment, property, software or network related to or resulting from participating in a Station contest or visiting its websites (whether as an entrant, visitor or voter). Station and Sponsor/s assume no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in a Station Contest. Station is not responsible for any printing errors or typographical errors. If, for any reason, in the sole opinion of Station, the Contest is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, system overload or any other causes, whether discovered or suspected by Station, the Station reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and/or disqualify any individual responsible for such action. All entries become the property of the Station and incomplete or ineligible entrants will be void. Entries that are determined to be fraudulent will be void, and the person making such an entry may be barred from further participation in this Contest and, in Station’s sole discretion on a case-by-case basis, banned from any future participation in any Station Contest (which Station’s decision may not be disputed or appealed). 

By participating in this Contest, entrants hereby agree and each entrant hereby remises, releases and forever discharges and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Station, its affiliates, parents, assigns, successors, employees, agents and all others connected with them and the Contest from any and all liability, claims, actions, and damages sustained or incurred by participation in the Contest and the receipt and use of any prize(s) awarded (if any) through this Contest arising in any manner whatsoever, including but not limited to an act or omission, whether negligent, intentional or otherwise caused by Station, its affiliates, parents, assigns, successors, employees, agents and all others connected with them and this Contest. 

By participating in this Contest, entrants hereby consent to the Station’s usage of any one or more of the following for on-air broadcast, online usage and for any other advertising and promotional purpose in any medium whatsoever without payment of any additional consideration: entrant’s name; voice; likeness; biographical information; his/her participation in the Contest; and the substance of the entrant’s entry form or any other Contest submissions. 

By entering this Contest, entrants understand and agree that Station may take photographs and/or videotape and/or audiotape any entrant’s participation, appearance and/or performance in connection with this Contest (before, during or after the Contest) and that Station will own any such photos, audio and/or video and shall be free to utilize, such materials in any way it sees fit during or after the Contest with no compensation to the entrants, including without limitation posting any such photographs, audio and/or videos on its website. 

Station reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual from this Contest if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Contest rules. 

The Station reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Contest. Material changes to the Contest rules will be broadcast on-air and/or posted online, when practical. Information collected by Station in connection with entering or otherwise participating in this Contest may be used in accordance with Station’s privacy policy (available from a link at the bottom of a participating Station’s website home page). 

This contest is solely operated by the Administrator and has no affiliation, endorsement, or association with Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., X Corp., or any of their respective brands, products, or subsidiaries.
